SERVICE and REPAIR of PCB's for PT Too, EXPORT, LPT and their variants

The Printed Circuit Boards (PCB's) for the Pink Triangle AC motors drive controllers have in some cases been prone to over heating to such an extent that the PCB stops working.

We are now in a position to offer a service that in most cases it is possible to repair the PCB so that it functions as good if not better than it did when new.

After determining what caused the problem, we replace the faulty PCB components with modern, better quality electronic components.

After repair the PCB is connected to a test rig where it is put through various checks for speed control and reliability, while all the time the temperature of the PCB is being continually monitored.

The PCB at the top of the photo is from a burnt-out LPT GTI prior to being repaired. The PCB below it is an imported PT Export GTI after being repaired and converted 110V AC to 240V AC.
